Heneral Tuna, an alien cat from the Planet Mingming, is assigned to invade earth but accidentally crash-lands in Barangay Hiraya, a fictional location in the Philippines.

Deteremined not to waste time, he begins a reconnaissance mission to study the locals as part of a planned planetary invasion. Throughout his mission, he gradually leans about Filipino values and culture in the process.
